Genghis Capital Limited is a licensed member of the Nairobi Stock Exchange. Our objective is to contribute positively to the growth of the Kenyan securities market by providing excellent execution services to all who choose to buy or sell their securities through us. The company intends to achieve this goal by providing a range of investment services for our prospective clients to select from. These services include;
Stock Brokerage Services
The Company shall provide full Stock Broking services including:
- Opening of Central Depository Settlement (CDS) accounts,
- The purchase and sale of shares; both Nairobi Stock Exchange (NSE) quoted shares and unquoted shares,
- The purchase and sale of fxed income instruments including treasury bills, treasury and corporate bonds,
- Depositing for immobilisation quoted shares for clients to facilitate their trading at the NSE,
- Pledging of securities on behalf of clients who have borrowed from financial institutions to CDSC.
Securities Trading
This forms the core of the frm’s business. Trading is an exceptional service offered to our clients, with special emphasis laid on timely execution, confrmation of trades and continuous market updates.
Share Valuation Services
This is offered for unquoted company shares. The service facilitates the exchange of unquoted shares and their possible use by lending institutions to extend credit.
Discretionary & Non-Discretionary Portfolio Manager
Genghis Capital also offers discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services to our clients through our dedicated relationship account managers.
